1. When the buyer checked our machine before loading, we will train the buyers machine installation and         operation.

2. If without buyer visiting, all the manual and video will be sent to buyers, and 12 hours phone call service to insurance there is no problem for customer installation and operation.

3. Technicians overseas services: we could send our technicians to your factory, buyer covers the charge of airplane tickets, at least 3 stars hotels and salary for 100/day for each person, by T/T before machine loading.

1.What info do you need for the cost calculation?
We need to know the finished products size details, and what kind of material do you use? GI? Aluminum? Or MS? And the thickness of material?

2.Do you have after sales services?
Sure, more than 10 years technicians could offer professional service via phone call or face to face.

3.Does one machine could only process one style or one size profile?
Not exactly, it is based on your quality standard of the finished products. For the press punching machine, it is no problem for different style profile and size, just changing the mould is ok. But if roll forming machine, one machine process different size is no problem, but we do not advice to process different profile in one machine.

4.What do you do if the machine could not work ?
Our machine’s warranty period is 1 year, if the parts is broken, we could send you the new part without cost, but buyers need pay the express charges. After warranty period, we can negotiate to see how to solve the problems, and we offer technical support for the machines.

5.Are you trade company or machine manufactory?
We are machine manufactory, but we also very professional on the trading business, because we have our own trading agency to deal with the bank transfer and the exporting documents.

6.Why the price is higher than others?
We can’t bring down our quality to get advantage on prices, especially machines and mould, if so it will cost a lot on after sell services. And we spend time and cost on developing the machines’ performance and the speed to create benefit to our customers.

7.How long the machine could be finished?
Usually the machine could be finished in 45-60 days. It will be faster for the mould.

8.How to visit your factory?

We are in Foshan City very near Guangzhou

a.  Fly to Guangzhou Baiyun international airport, by express bus from airport directly to Foshan city(50 min), then we could pick up you.
b.  Already in Guangzhou City, by metro from any stations in Guangzhou city to Guangfo line(there is only one line from Guangzhou to Foshan ) , get off at Kuiqi Lu Station, then we could pick up you.
c.  By Taxi from Guangzhou to our factory in Foshan only need 46 min, the route as below:
